This smoothie recipe is particularly great for people with Fibromyalgia because it will help reduce inflammation. This recipe is easy to make and tastes delicious too!


1 Cup of Frozen Raspberries

1 Cup of Frozen Blueberries

1 Ripe Banana

1 ½ Cups of Coconut Milk

1 thumb of Fresh Turmeric

1 thumb of Fresh Ginger


Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until it is the consistency you like and then enjoy!
